CWA Local 1038 has a 25 year history of being a militant organization. Through the years we have fought for, protected and preserved workers rights, jobs, pensions and healthcare.

    As we move forward, into a period of great struggle, as our pensions, healthcare benefits and our very jobs are under attack, our mission remains the same: Promote, protect and preserve the rights of our members and their families!
